About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support project meetings by coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
- Analyze project data and provide insights to help drive decision-making.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
- Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to the Project Management Lead.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé Health Science policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform additional duties, tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Project Management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Health Sciences or in a related field required.
- 1-2+ years of professional work experience in Project Management (including cost savings projects) is required, preferably within the healthcare ir nutrition industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
- Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
- Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must be a strategic thinker, attentive to detail and data driven with the ability to influence key business decisions and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to assess complex situations and take complex decisions while clarifying the path to follow.
- Must be agile and able to work and lead through change management and business transformation.
- Current or prior experience with MS Projects, Power BI and/or I2L systems a plus.
- Willing and able to travel up to 10% based on the needs of the team and the business is required.
