About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee maintenance activities and guide the team in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently
Perform complex repairs and lead problem-solving efforts
Support training across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
Monitor and maintain plant systems (boilers, compressors, HVAC, etc.)
Train team members in instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems
Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
8+ years of maintenance experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing
Experience leading teams or mentoring others
PLC programming experience preferred
Mechanical/electrical/electronic trade background or technical school preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
