Assistant, National Sales Directorate – Field Sales Coordination
NestleAssistant for Nestlé Waters' Commercial Direction tasked with administrative functions and budget oversight. Aiming for efficient sales operations and providing support in coordination efforts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the administrative and organizational effectiveness of the National Sales Directorate
- Serve as the central coordination point between the National Sales Directorate (DNV), the National Sales Assistant (ANV), Regional Managers and corporate/head-office functions
- Ensure the accuracy of budget monitoring and compliance with field sales (FDV) processes
- Contribute to smooth information flow and operational efficiency of the field sales force
- Monitor safety matters (accidents, vehicle compliance, PPE renewals)
- Oversee overall budget management and budget-related activities
- Track staff movements and manage onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Organize and coordinate logistics for DNV and regional meetings
- Coordinate client and marketing events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High school diploma to two-year degree (BAC to BAC+2), with ideally at least 3 years of relevant experience in an assistant role within a commercial/sales department, preferably in FMCG
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel with a focus on PivotTables, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Interest in digital tools and artificial intelligence
- Proficiency in English
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Rigor, analytical mindset, strong organizational skills and autonomy
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
