About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Within the Food Division, you will report to the Commercial Directorate and work on the leading brand in the culinary aids category: Maggi, the plant-based deli Garden Gourmet, and Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milks.
You will be fully integrated into the Commercial team’s "Retail Marketing" unit to help develop our categories within major retail chains.
Conduct analyses, innovation reviews and market updates for retailers (Kantar and Nielsen panels, promotional tracking) and monitor monthly dashboards.
Contribute to assortment recommendations and the construction of promotional plans.
Support the launch and specific follow-up of innovations.
Coordinate trade actions with agencies: in-store activations, POS materials (PLV), inserts, etc.
Carry out e-commerce monitoring and activations within the retailer.
Develop communication tools for the Sales Force (selling arguments, promo sheets, assortment movement briefs).

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently completing a Bac+4/5 level degree (Master’s level) with a specialization in Commerce or Marketing
You are known for your high level of rigor, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently
You demonstrate excellent organizational skills
You are looking for a company that acts responsibly at all levels
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and have experience using panel tools (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen)
