Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with external providers, internal stakeholders, and Transportation Hub (T-Hub) teams to build and optimize load plans
Manage reschedules and escalate scheduling issues to maintain continuity
Execute daily operations in line with T-Hub timing and cutoff requirements
Apply T-Hub and E2E strategies to balance cost, service, and risk mitigation
Provide timely reporting to drive visibility, accountability, and issue escalation

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years transportation experience (domestic modes/equipment; Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) & Full Truckload (FTL))
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience coordinating across internal/external stakeholders
Knowledge of transit times, lane planning, and load building to meet delivery targets
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
