About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and provide maintenance and support for our solutions
- Interact with stakeholders/users and the team to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Work on development projects for new automations
- Improve automations according to agreed timelines and quality standards
- Participate in project and training meetings with global and local teams
- Ensure services are delivered with quality and in a timely manner
- Continuously improve our processes and solutions by proposing and applying development best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a developer
- Experience with programming languages and RPA tools
- Certification in RPA tools
- Knowledge of English
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced English – mandatory
- Spanish (intermediate) – desirable
- At least 1 year of development experience with Blue Prism
- Experience with RPA tools: Blue Prism, ServiceNow RPA, Automation Anywhere or others
- Knowledge of programming logic and object-oriented programming
