About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead daily operations of food safety and quality systems.
Ensure product and process compliance before final release.
Coach and verify to protect the Nescafé brand.
Line management responsibilities for 2 direct reports.
Ensure operators understand process and product norms.
Achieve optimum product control through evaluation and coaching.
Embed continuous improvement mind-set with local leadership and QA team.
Create strategies for Operational Master Plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience within a Quality role.
Previous leadership experience will be a distinct advantage.
Recognised Quality qualification preferred (HACCP Level 3, FSSC 22000 Food Safety Level 3).
A good level of numeracy and literacy.
Proficiency in computer systems (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Globe).
Ability to work in a team and communicate with people at all levels.
Clear strategic vision.
Ability to challenge the norm and find opportunities for process improvement.
