About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for capital projects
Maintain visibility to the design process
Directly manage overall project execution including construction and commissioning
Coordinate with client and various groups inside and outside the organization
Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables meet project key components
Manage adherence to project scope and change approvals
Manage project budget and provide cost forecasts
Provide construction management and plant startup assistance as needed
Support and participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree within engineering
Minimum 7 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
7+ years of experience managing capital projects with increasing responsibility and complexity
Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Project
Preferred TPM experience
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
Food Processing experience
Lean/Sigma experience is a plus
