About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor inventory levels and conduct audits to ensure accuracy
- Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems
- Reconcile discrepancies and support corrective actions
- Maintain inventory records for receiving, storing, and issuing items
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and guidance on inventory processes
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control or related roles
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
