Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and provide maintenance and support for our solutions, interacting with business areas/users and the team to resolve issues and implement improvements
Work on projects to develop new automations
Improve automations according to agreed deadlines and quality standards
Participate in project and training meetings with global and local teams
Ensure services are delivered with quality and in a timely manner
Continuously improve our processes and solutions by proposing and applying development best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Background as a developer and experience with programming languages/RPA tools
Certification in RPA tools
Proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Technology or related fields
Intermediate to Advanced English required
Intermediate Spanish desirable
At least 1 year of development experience in Blue Prism
Experience with RPA tools: Blue Prism, ServiceNow RPA, Automation Anywhere or others
Knowledge of programming logic and object-oriented programming
