About the role

  • Execute accurately and timely payroll calculation (oncycling and offcycling payments), including analysis and processing of data in the system and payments to employees' accounts
  • Perform payroll reconciliation for oncycling and offcycling payments
  • Post transactions to GLs and Vendors
  • Prepare payroll reports (internal and external)
  • Participate in KPIs trends analysis, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
  • Ensure availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices
  • Participate in testing of SAP installation-specific settings
  • Apply knowledge of UA legislation and calculate sick-leaves and vacations

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in salary calculation for Ukrainian enterprises
  • University degree in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations
  • Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Good analytical and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of English both written and verbal (intermediate)
  • Knowledge of UA Legislation
  • Sick-leaves and vacation calculations knowledge
