Customer Supply Chain Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate processing and delivery
- Act as the main supply chain contact between Commercial teams, internal operations, and 3PL partners
- Monitor service performance (OTIF and case fill), proactively identifying risks
- Resolve order and delivery issues including shortages and transport delays
- Coordinate planning, warehouse, and 3PL activities for product availability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical mindset with ability to implement practical solutions
- Experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment (FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution)
- Proven ability to manage 3PL transport operations
- Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and customer service performance (OTIF, case fill)
