Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the brand strategy, planning and performance for Osteo BiFlex, Gard, Ester C & Nuun
- Own the vision and plan for these strategic brands and collaborate with partners
- Responsible for developing and leading the strategic marketing plans to accelerate growth
- P&L ownership for ICP and multi-year annual plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on monthly forecasts for market landscape optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- MBA/Master’s degree preferred
- 12+ years leading Marketing /Brand Experience
- Extensive experience on Brand Vision, Brand Planning, Go-To-Market Plans, and Innovation Roadmap
- Relevant brand experience in a fast-paced, consumer product company
