About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide culinary sales support to Nestlé’s field sales team.
- Drive volume growth of Nestlé's iconic brands.
- Showcase the value of the Nestlé portfolio through culinary thought leadership.
- Establish strong chef to chef relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Deliver impactful customer training and demonstrations, including recipes and techniques.
- Partner with Broker Sales Reps, Channel Sales Managers, Broker Chefs, and Distributor Sales Reps to drive sales at large local operators.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, food science, or a related field is preferred.
- 4–8 years of restaurant or foodservice selling experience required.
- 4 years of experience in a culinary selling role (broker, distributor, or food manufacturer).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Knowledge of marketplace, channel and industry trends, and competitors.
- Ability to travel between 40-60%, which will vary depending on where candidate is based.
