Bilingual Account Manager
NestleAccount Manager for Nestlé Professional promoting growth in the commercial food sector. Responsible for client management, sales performance, and strategic initiatives in the Ottawa area.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth and achieve key sales metrics and targets through effective selling of Nestlé Professional products across HRI channels.
- Participate in the Management Business Planning (MBP) cycle to analyze and resolve issues related to sales targets, trade spend, market share, distribution and Nestlé’s operating budget, with an emphasis on Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Category Management (CM) to optimize product assortment and drive profitable sales.
- Ensure activation of targeted category roadmaps and sales initiatives with customers.
- Develop and tailor sales presentations using Category Roadmaps to suit each customer.
- Enter all relevant customer and category promotional plans into C4C, Exceedra and other planning tools without delay.
- Manage trade spend effectively to meet sales volume, trade spend and profitability objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual in English and French required, as this role involves collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience with a proven track record of results.
- Valid full driver’s licence and a safe driving record required. Available to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills required to present analyses and deliver presentations at multiple levels internally and externally to customers.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time and project management skills and strong attention to detail.
