Inventory Control Operator – Full-time, Day Shift

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are available for picking
- Coordinate transfers and sample/stability product requests
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Prepare pull-down requests and support packaging operations
- Log cube and weight for new items in the inventory system
- Collaborate with team members to distribute work and maintain workflow
- Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2–5 years of inventory control or related experience
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
