Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial support for product innovation and renovation projects
Manage P&L budget and interact with sales and marketing teams
Support accurate monthly P&L forecasts and participate in business planning meetings
Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams on product mix
Ensure accurate P&L financial integrity and perform variance analysis
Handle special assignments and audits as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting required
MBA a plus
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Finance Management &/or Accounting
Background in consumer products, manufacturing environment a plus
Advanced Excel modeling skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience using SAP
Working knowledge of Nestlé Accounting Standards (NAS) for internal candidates
Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
Intermediate to advanced financial modeling skills
Knowledge of cost accounting principles and activity-based costing
Strong ability to adapt quickly to changes
