About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop online and offline assets (visibility materials) for our own channels: website and social media
  • Create digital assets for key accounts (B2B): banners, e-newsletters, digital storefronts, etc., and offline materials: displays, window graphics, stickers, wobblers, etc.
  • Produce sales support materials for the commercial team, including training manuals and presentation materials
  • Plan and manage online communications and digital campaigns: design and co-create campaign assets
  • Brief external agencies and follow up on asset creation and delivery
  • Manage our social media presence (Instagram account)
  • Coordinate outreach to influencers
  • Support new product launches and product renovations: coordinate artwork updates and new designs with external agencies
  • Develop promotional materials for new launches
  • Assist with events and trade shows: contribute to concept brainstorming (main concept, location, etc.), and prepare practical arrangements (catering, invitations and guest lists, goodie bags, print materials, decoration, etc.)
  • Brief and liaise with external agencies for event execution
  • Other tasks: perform competitive analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Motivated, flexible, autonomous, creative and proactive
  • Strong interest in digital channels and content creation
  • Eager to learn and to exceed expectations
