About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional, and technical projects from concept through launch and close, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives
  • Apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive disciplined planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on objectives, technical scope, execution approach, and success criteria
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules; track milestones, deliverables, and team commitments
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path activities, with clear mitigation and contingency plans
  • Proactively escalate issues and risks to support timely resolution and protect business outcomes
  • Provide clear, concise project status reporting covering progress, risks, financials, and key decisions
  • Execute high‑impact initiatives in alignment with portfolio priorities and strategic goals
  • Participate in project and portfolio governance forums, ensuring work is decision‑ready with clear risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through strong communication, influence, and alignment across technical, functional, and leadership teams
  • Support financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, in partnership with Finance
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, enterprise policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain high standards for data integrity, documentation, and deliverable quality within project and portfolio systems
  • Track and report against KPIs and portfolio metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, governance effectiveness, and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen project rigor, scalability, and overall portfolio performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of cross‑functional experience across areas such as R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Procurement, or Contract Manufacturing
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex initiatives (e.g., new product development, life sciences, engineering, or capital projects)
  • Project Management certification or degree preferred
