About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you will play a key international role in improving industrial performance across the production network of Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages
- Your mission is to design, deploy and continuously improve industrial excellence tools and standards to help factories reduce losses, increase productivity and develop sustainable capabilities
- Lead the design, deployment and continuous improvement of tools, standards and frameworks for industrial excellence within the global factory network
- Develop capabilities through structured training programs, coaching, workshops and on-site support to factories
- Serve as the global reference point for industrial excellence, ensuring consistent application of practices and effective collaboration between factories and functions
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Digital teams to ensure alignment and support the digital transformation of operations
- Contribute to productivity improvements, cost competitiveness and the overall performance of the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or industrial operations
- Proven managerial experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the food, chemical or pharmaceutical sectors
- Strong hands-on experience in industrial performance improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
- Good understanding of digital tools applied to industrial operations
- Comfortable working in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Fluent English (French is an asset) and commitment to Nestlé’s Leadership Principles and Business Conduct Principles
- Green Belt / Black Belt certification is a plus
