About the role
- Establish successful business partner relationships with Customer Finance, Sales, Strategy & Brand teams
- Provide monthly Sales and Profitability actuals reporting to key stakeholders
- Support and enhance the Sales business planning cycle alongside the Strategy team
- Maintain Customer Scorecards and other action-oriented tools and KPIs
- Lead periodic profitability reviews
- Conduct detailed analyses on customer Sales and Margin performance
- Own and improve the monthly RIG-OG forecasting/actuals reporting processes
- Provide analytics and data gathering for various projects across the Nestlé organization
- Support period-end close and other ad-hoc assignments
- Identify and implement sustainable process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting required
- 3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, or other operational finance roles
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Capability to contribute to a fast-paced team environment
- Must be proficient with Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Power Point, etc.
