About the role

  • Provide support for the governance and reliability of administrative and system processes in the cross-docking operation, ensuring efficient flow from material transit to dispatch, within established deadlines and schedules.
  • Analyze operational indicators, identifying deviations, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and ensure the flow of operations (receiving, shipping and deliveries) within established timelines.
  • Work with the logistics operator to optimize processes and ensure operational performance.
  • Manage reverse logistics processes (returns, claims/compensations and pallets).
  • Prepare reports and controls, ensuring organization, traceability and governance of information.
  • Support and, when necessary, lead meetings with internal departments and units.
  • Perform system activities in SAP (receipts and invoicing) to ensure continuity of the flow.
  • Attend to drivers and loading/unloading routines.
  • Analyze workflow and resource allocation, pursuing efficiency and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in logistics operations, preferably with cross-docking
  • Proficiency in SAP and Galileu system
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power BI, with a focus on data analysis
  • Analytical profile with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and ability to interact with different areas
  • Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and systemic (holistic) view
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
