About the role

  • Act in the planning, control and analysis of fixed (FDE) and variable (VDE) costs for the logistics and e‑Commerce operation, ensuring adherence to Finance & Control (F&C) guidelines.
  • Perform structured financial analyses (Pareto, loss‑tree analysis, KPIs by distribution center (DC), business unit (BU) and NNS), monitor accounting entries, identify variances and execute corrections and reallocations when necessary.
  • Review and validate supplier invoices, ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to corporate compliance standards.
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations for leadership, Finance & Control (F&C) and partner areas.
  • Lead regional improvement projects, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, audits and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16).

Benefits
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Logistics or related fields.
  • Previous experience in financial analysis, budget control or costing, preferably in operational/logistics environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP (financial modules).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Analytical and organized profile, with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
