About the role

  • Continuously pursue improvements in occupational safety and health conditions for both company and contracted workstations
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO 45001
  • Manage safety indicators to guide improvement processes and corrective actions
  • Safety management in the distribution center
  • Conduct inspections in departments and workstations
  • Manage personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Authorize service releases and permits for special work
  • Develop and deliver safety talks and awareness campaigns
  • Investigate accidents and incidents
  • Manage documents and legal requirements
  • Manage CIPA and the Emergency Brigade

Requirements

  • Completed Technical course in Occupational Safety (registered with MTE)
  • Experience in distribution centers (DC) is a strong advantage
  • English is desirable
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and relevant NBRs
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Knowledge of SOC and SAP systems
  • Knowledge of accident investigation methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint)
