About the role

  • Identify root causes linked with unplanned stops, supported by production area and Local Leadership Team
  • identify losses linked with hard-to-reach places and cleaning routines
  • update standards and routines, supported by Local Leadership Team
  • contact with category and global support functions for benchmarking

Requirements

  • Master or bachelor student in Engineering or a related field
  • experience with following systems: MS office skills (strong skills in excel and power point), Power Bi and SAP
  • excellent communication in Dutch and English
  • skills to work independently as well as lead/participate on cross functional teams
  • passion and demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects in a structured way of working (e.g. TPM methodologies and lean tools)
