About the role
- Assess the level of compliance and determine the status of compliance on an ongoing basis towards Food Safety, Legal and Nestle Quality requirements
- Demonstrate the compliance status with and through a Document Management System
- Propose modifications and updates to the FQAM
- Update internal documents such as QMS as per the updates received from regulatory affairs
- Perform a complete gap assessment of all products for regulatory requirements and our practices once every year with the help of regulatory affairs
- Review monitoring data for finished products, ingredients, and packaging materials against compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance of new product launches with norms
- Provide compliance requirements to producing and receiving markets
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technologist/Natural Sciences degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000 & ISO 17025
- SAP Knowledge
