About the role
- Participate in updating category strategies to optimize growth levers for Infant Nutrition
- Analyze market and brand performance (revenue, market share, pricing, innovations, shelf space/planogram) to identify action plans
- Contribute to assortment optimization and implementation of category strategy at point of sale (merchandising, distribution, POS materials)
- Develop sales arguments and supporting materials for the sales force in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
- Analyze promotional and e-pharmacy performance to inform future commercial and marketing strategies
- Analyze commercial performance across the e-pharmacy channel
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in marketing or sales
- Previous experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) with a supplier or retailer is a plus
- Recognized for your autonomy, listening skills and curiosity
- Demonstrated results-orientation and strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
