About the role

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring the company's quality standards, procedures and policies, in particular the code of professional conduct for the medical sales force
  • Promote the Quality system and its continuous improvement (ISO 9001 certification)
  • Participate in analyzing company processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote a quality culture and raise employee awareness of best practices
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on quality indicators
  • Participate in handling customer/consumer complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality or a related field
  • Strong interest in analytics, quality systems and their operation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
  • Comfortable speaking and writing, with strong written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for stakeholder coordination (external service providers and internal colleagues)
