About the role
- Own the end-to-end brand and category strategy, driving growth, profitability and market share
- Lead annual marketing plans and 3-year category strategies in line with business priorities
- Manage P&L, forecasts and marketing investments to deliver strong business results
- Drive innovation and renovation (NPD) from concept development to launch and relaunch
- Lead consumer insight generation, translating insights into winning brand initiatives
- Shape and execute integrated communication strategies (TV, digital, in-store, event)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Factory, Legal and external agencies to ensure flawless execution
- Monitor performance and proactively adjust plans to maximize impact
- Act as a deputy to the Senior Brand Manager when required
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG
- Strong understanding of brand management, consumer communication and innovation processes
- Solid experience working with budgets, P&L and sales forecasting
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent Ukrainian and English
- Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Nielsen tools
