About the role

  • Own the end-to-end brand and category strategy, driving growth, profitability and market share
  • Lead annual marketing plans and 3-year category strategies in line with business priorities
  • Manage P&L, forecasts and marketing investments to deliver strong business results
  • Drive innovation and renovation (NPD) from concept development to launch and relaunch
  • Lead consumer insight generation, translating insights into winning brand initiatives
  • Shape and execute integrated communication strategies (TV, digital, in-store, event)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Factory, Legal and external agencies to ensure flawless execution
  • Monitor performance and proactively adjust plans to maximize impact
  • Act as a deputy to the Senior Brand Manager when required

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer communication and innovation processes
  • Solid experience working with budgets, P&L and sales forecasting
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and strategic thinking
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent Ukrainian and English
  • Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Nielsen tools
