About the role
- Support the Corporate Content and Social Media Manager in daily tasks to manage digital platforms (social media, corporate website) and create content for Nestlé’s corporate accounts in France
- Centralize information from different departments (CSR, Categories, HR) regarding Nestlé group news
- Contribute to the daily rollout of the editorial calendar on social media and assist with drafting posts
- Help develop snackable content formats (stories, behind-the-scenes photos, short videos, etc.)
- Brief partner agencies for content production (photographers, videographers, etc.)
- Serve as a key point of contact within the team for the design and formalization of creative briefs
- Be responsible for the monthly update of data tracking tables (Excel and team PPT reporting) as well as the dedicated platform
- Support webmastering project management (updating website content)
- Create technical briefs via the ticketing tool
- Perform functionality tests following ticketing requests
- Be responsible for the monthly update of data tracking tables, particularly for SEO, and implement related optimizations (BPI Score)
- Publish new content on nestle.fr.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent Bac+5) from a communications or business school with a specialization in digital or digital marketing
- Prior agency experience is a plus
- Strong command of digital tools, notably the Office 365 ecosystem, social media back‑offices, basic CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal, and Google Analytics
- Excellent knowledge of social networks, particularly LinkedIn, TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Comfortable taking photos and videos and using editing tools
- Strong writing skills and solid analytical abilities
- Creative, organized, rigorous and good interpersonal skills
- English level sufficient to read, write and participate in meetings
