About the role

  • Provide support to marketing and trade users at headquarters: ensure daily assistance to users of marketing and trade tools.
  • Train and support teams in the use of the tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
  • Participate in project management: contribute to the implementation of new marketing and trade tools.
  • Coordinate the different project phases (requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and drive continuous improvement (propose enhancements to optimize existing tools).

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) preferred, ideally with a specialization in Marketing.
  • Prior experience in Marketing is desirable.
  • Recognized for your autonomy, proactivity, team spirit and curiosity.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and ability to take initiative.

  • Fluent in English.
