About the role
- Define and implement a global category strategy that delivers measurable value across cost, risk, innovation, and sustainability.
- Drive value creation through TCO (Total Cost of ownership), risk mitigation, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
- Own supplier strategy, negotiations, and long-term partnerships at global level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain) to align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible sourcing standards globally.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading global or regional procurement strategies for Ingredients, Standardized botanical extracts, scientifically complex raw materials in a multinational matrix organization.
- Strong track record in supplier strategy, negotiations, and senior stakeholder influence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and transformation in complex environments.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
