About the role
- Analyze market, brand and competitive performance (retailer and consumer panels) and provide recommendations for action plans
- Monitor and evaluate brand activities (product launches, key communications, major promotions, etc.)
- Maintain competitive intelligence
- Manage packaging developments across the brand’s product lines with internal teams and external partners
- Participate in consumer studies and product/innovation testing
- Contribute to the development of innovations and renovations (organize tastings with our culinary workshop, collaborate with R&D centers and factories)
- Support commercial/promo teams in developing activations and commercial events
- Track merchandising projects
- Develop sales arguments and internal communication materials
- Support implementation of digital and in‑store communication (influencers, partnerships, promotions, etc.)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in marketing
- A first experience in retail/FMCG and familiarity with panels (Nielsen or Kantar) is a plus
- Recognized for your rigor, strong analytical skills, resourcefulness and interest in cooking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- English level sufficient to read, write and participate in meetings
