About the role

  • Organize and manage projects to ensure timely completion
  • Provide clear summaries to stakeholders on task priorities
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop project plans to monitor progress and implement improvements
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams
  • Analyze risks and issues, escalating when necessary for timely resolution
  • Leverage PMO tools to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in project management
  • Experience with multi-functional projects, showcasing strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operations
  • Basic understanding of food supplement regulations is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discipline, and an innovative mindset
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local or other European languages is an asset.
