About the role
- Organize and manage projects to ensure timely completion
- Provide clear summaries to stakeholders on task priorities
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders
- Develop project plans to monitor progress and implement improvements
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams
- Analyze risks and issues, escalating when necessary for timely resolution
- Leverage PMO tools to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives throughout the process.
Requirements
- Solid experience in project management
- Experience with multi-functional projects, showcasing strong planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operations
- Basic understanding of food supplement regulations is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills, discipline, and an innovative mindset
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local or other European languages is an asset.
