About the role

  • You manage the organization of brand and press events.
  • You oversee event inventory and the lending of machines and capsules.
  • You coordinate internal teams and monitor KPIs.
  • You contribute to the monitoring, planning and post-event reporting of partnerships.
  • You handle external requests in coordination with your manager.
  • You coordinate journalist and influencer requests and manage product shipments.
  • You contribute to the production and proofreading of editorial content.
  • You create web and social media content.
  • You conduct benchmarks of sustainable initiatives.
  • You handle administrative follow-up (purchase orders, agreements, PR delivery notes).
  • You prepare presentations and project reports.

Requirements

  • Previous experience required in communications, either in-house for a brand or at a press/PR agency.
  • You are rigorous and reliable in data management, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • You have strong product knowledge, understand brand messaging, and possess good writing and interpersonal skills.
  • You have an outstanding customer-service attitude: you are friendly, personable and attentive.
  • You are a true team player — at Nespresso, teamwork comes first.
  • You are curious and adaptable, able to juggle multiple projects, with a genuine interest in art, culture, gastronomy and CSR.
