About the role

  • Ensure, through the correct application of Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as defined in the Quality Policy, that products are produced within Food Safety and Quality criteria.
  • Provide plant support through inspections, training, field visits, procedures, guidance to departments, follow-ups, participation in plant rounds, and follow-up activities with a focus on PPR.
  • Conduct inspections across all plant areas with a team of auditors according to the established scope.
  • Manage and monitor activities related to Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
  • Evaluate consumer responses and action plans when complaints are related to Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NBPF) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
  • Analyze and manage microbiological results, investigate contaminations, and define action plans.
  • Participate in HACCP studies.
  • Participate in projects that drive reductions in NBPF deviations, cost savings, and change management.

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Biological Sciences, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FSSC 22000
