About the role
- Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures through correct application of Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Carry out activities within the Quality and Food Safety Management System at the Araras plant.
- Maintain direct contact with all factory departments to ensure planned monitoring activities are completed.
- Evaluate new raw materials and new HALBs.
- Update HACCP plans and the allergen matrix.
- Manage non-conformities.
- Conduct internal audits and deliver quality trainings.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP implementation, FSSC 22000 certification, and MAPA processes.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
