About the role
- Responsible for developing and updating the consumer profile and engagement funnel for the brand while activating the brand essence.
- Manage product portfolios, pricing strategies, and innovation pipelines to ensure consumer-centricity and maintain brand vibrancy.
- Contribute to the execution of Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) and monitor brand performance.
- Collaborate with communications agencies to strengthen the brand's image as a trusted leader in the health and wellness sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, or 3 years in another function—ideally in Sales at Nestlé or an equivalent FMCG company.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Good French communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong discipline, consistency, and solid analytical skills.
