About the role

  • Brand building: You will dive deep into our brand world and support the marketing team in everything that makes CINI MINIS, NESQUIK Knusperfrühstück, LION and KitKat CEREALS and many other Nestlé cereals successful.
  • Creative work & content creation: You contribute your ideas to packaging designs, POS materials, social media and content formats, helping shape how our brands are presented externally.
  • Promotions & product launches: You will support campaigns, promotions and product launches to help make new products visible in the market.
  • Analyses & insights: You support market analyses, monitor trends and help us make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Teamwork & collaboration with agencies: In product marketing you work closely with other teams and external agencies.

Requirements

  • Studies: You are studying business administration (BWL) or a related subject with a focus on marketing — or are using a gap year between your bachelor’s and master’s to gain practical experience.
  • Initial practical experience: You have already gained first insights through internships, ideally in the FMCG sector, and understand how brand management works in practice.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset: You demonstrate both creative ideas and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Languages & tools: You are proficient in German and English and very confident using MS Office.
  • Working style: You tackle tasks independently, take responsibility and keep an overview even when handling multiple projects. You enjoy working in a team, bring energy and are eager to move things forward with us.
