About the role
- Analyze weekly import volume requirements for finished and semi‑finished products, in accordance with the stock policies agreed with the market
- Align weekly with the Demand/Supply Planning team and Factories on production needs
- Monitor the end‑to‑end process from planning at origin and customs clearance (nationalization) of goods through to arrival at the Distribution Center (DC)
- Manage planning KPIs such as Customer Order Fulfillment; Freshness; Stock Cover; Forecast Accuracy; DPA; BIAS
- Actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings with Markets, Production Scheduling, Demand Planning team, Customs Broker and Business Units, following the weekly planning cycle and working to ensure healthy inventory levels
Requirements
- Experience in demand and supply planning (mandatory)
- International Logistics
- International Trade
- Materials procurement/supply (MRP)
- Supply management in a Distribution Center
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish
- Knowledge of tools: Advanced Excel
- ERP systems experience in inventory and materials control modules
- SAP and Power BI experience is a plus
- Proactivity and a results‑oriented commitment will be important differentiators
