About the role
- Ensure production plans are achieved on time and in compliance
- Manage up to five teams, driving continuous improvement through TPM
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards
- Motivate and coach teams to achieve objectives
- Lead continuous improvement programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Management, Food Science, or Organizational Leadership/Supervision) required
- Minimum five (5) years food industry production, purchasing and/or packaging experience
- Experience leading people in different manufacturing environments
- Exposure to continuous improvement and change management techniques
- Implementation experience of TPM preferred
