About the role

  • Understand department projects and establish their relationship with performance indicators and associated benefits;
  • Participate actively in the period-end closing process;
  • Prepare factory performance indicators with short-, medium- and long-term forecasts;
  • Prepare annual and quarterly financial planning for cost lines;
  • Produce cost studies to support decision-making;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Basic to intermediate English preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Pipefy and automation tools is a plus;
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making ability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, flexibility, and initiative;
  • Resilience when facing daily challenges.
