About the role
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of marketing plans for Baby Milks, Baby Food and Food brand portfolio in Ireland
- Deliver the annual brand plan for the market
- Manage the brand portfolio and oversee brand health evaluations
- Set integrated communications plans and define the communications strategy across the portfolio
- Develop and execute local assets for local platforms
- Drive integrated channel strategy and develop clear brand strategies across all channels
- Turn data into insight and generate value‑adding insights for strategic decisions
Requirements
- Strong FMCG marketing experience — ideally as a Senior Brand Manager, or as a high‑performing Brand Manager ready to take the next step
- Experience working on Nutrition healthcare brands would be beneficial
- Experience across NPD, brand strategy, digital and social communication
- Proven track record of successfully launching a new brand in a complex, mature market
- P&L and budget management experience
- Experience collaborating with major retailers
- Brand‑building expertise, including campaign briefing and execution
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix organisation
