About the role

  • Strategic project collaboration: Active support at the interface of Marketing, Sales, Controlling and Market Research, contributing substantively and strategically to projects within the coffee segment.
  • Market & financial analyses: Independently evaluate trade and household panel data as well as relevant financial KPIs to identify opportunities and derive concrete measures.
  • Sales-related communication: Assist in developing persuasive sales arguments and preparing targeted customer materials.
  • Performance reporting: Prepare and analyze metrics to track key company objectives and ensure transparency in progress toward targets.
  • Category development: Support the further development of in-store placement concepts and create innovative approaches to strengthen the category and improve shopper engagement.

Requirements

  • Studies: Enrolled in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on Marketing & Sales, or currently in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's studies.
  • Practical experience: First practical experience, preferably through relevant internships or student jobs.
  • Competencies: Very strong analytical skills combined with creativity and conceptual strength.
  • Work style & responsibility: Independent, reliable and structured working style, with a high standard for quality and personal accountability.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Languages: Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
  • Team & mindset: Strong team player with high motivation to contribute actively and enjoyment in bringing forward your own ideas.
