About the role
- Responsible for implementing a campaign management model that covers multiple channels such as email, WhatsApp and SMS, and for orchestrating the consumer journey for a specific product category.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to create guidelines and tools that support business strategy and operations, ensuring processes are aligned and effective.
- Leads the definition and execution of CRM programs, adapting journeys and campaigns to meet local needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced Spanish (spoken) required.
- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken) required.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (knowledge of other platforms is also desirable).
- Required knowledge of Google Analytics, Agile methodology, and performance experience.
- Excellent communication, results orientation, and strong analytical skills.
- Interest in Growth.
