About the role

  • Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes).
  • Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices to build customer relationships.
  • Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
  • Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Requirements

  • 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and lead a team in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
  • Must be punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
