About the role
- Ensure and monitor the execution of the perfect store;
- Manage the client's commercial activities, controlling sales performance and KPIs;
- Plan and develop categories and execute the activity calendar, including monitoring and development of the JVC;
- Ensure placement of new product launches through assortment analysis;
- Act as an “ambassador,” ensuring implementation of the company's commercial plans and compliance;
- Develop and implement, together with the client, promotional calendars and visibility actions for Nestlé brands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Valid Category B driver's license (active and current)
- Experience in sales or trade (trade marketing)
- Collaborative attitude, results-oriented and a team-player mindset
- Courage, initiative and desire to grow
- Strong communication skills
