About the role
- Handle introduction of new fixed assets into the company
- Involve in the relocation and optimization of existing fixed asset base
- Participate in the purchase of new fixed assets
- Support clear communication between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure client requirements are maintained
- Design long-term projects for positive company ROIC impact
- Direct design towards low cost, efficient and flexible operation
- Ensure safe work sites and easy-to-operate installations
- Work with external services to clearly detail scope and deliverables
- Prepare monthly progress reports for projects
- Achieve project scope within agreed cost and timing
- Effectively train operators and maintain documentation for equipment transfer
- Complete a final report on all projects and circulate to stakeholders
Requirements
- Preferred (BA/BS) in Engineering Field (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical Engineering)
- Preferred 3 years of related work experience
- Strong technical, managerial and leadership skills in Project Engineering/Management
- Knowledge of plant design and construction
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and equipment
- Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers
- Understanding of CAPEX budgeting and preparation processes
- Experience in Capital Investment Approvals and project tracking
- Ability to travel 10-20%
