About the role
- Assist microbiological laboratory with sampling and compositing of finished product
- Ensure traceability of samples
- Transport finished product to the bacteria lab for testing
- Inspect finished product to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Work cross-functionally with production, packing, maintenance, and safety teams
- Aseptically collect samples and document for traceability
- Ensure proper use and sanitation of lab equipment
- Support preparation for compliance audits
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience working in a food quality, lab, manufacturing, production, or related environment
