About the role

  • Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity.
  • Assist the ASM and SM in leveraging reporting and sales trends.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks.
  • Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling.
  • Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
  • Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

  • 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and lead a team in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Patience for day-to-day challenges and resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
  • Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
  • Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
